The Difference Between a Boss and a Leader

A boss is concerned about himself, and a leader is more concerned about his followers. A good leader will set goals and know how to achieve them. A boss will let you do the work and take credit. When you have a job, be loyal and committed. The rewards for being faithful will pay off. You are known not by what you say but by what you do. Competition is common among workers. A boss will love the winners. A leader will teach each worker the value of accomplishment. "Winners never cheat and Cheaters never win." Do your best to be a good follower and become a good leader.
