The Power of Being Christ-Like

Christians who have active sin in their life destroy their Accountability and Witness. To be like Christ is to have the mind of Christ. "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus." Jesus lived to serve and to please God. We can not please God in the flesh. The conversion must take place for the process to begin. We must become spiritual through the new birth. Romans 12:2 "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."

There are three types of change.

A TRANSFORMATIONAL CHANGE is from the physical to the spiritual mindset by the power of the Holy Spirit. It is a new way of thinking. This is the NEW BIRTH. Jesus said, "ye must be born again."

2. There is a TRANSACTIONAL CHANGE that happens to people who are not CONVICTED by the Word of God. That's why there is no commitment. (refuse to change) They say they have changed, but you can see no change. Conversion takes place when you are born again.

3. A TRANSMITTAL CHANGE: Your conversation must change from the old way of talking to a new way of communication. Start to spread the Gospel by using your phone. Stop talking about people and start praying for people. Being Christ-like is a desire to please God.
