Don't be ashamed

Many times friends change on you when you say I am a Christian. Just know when you say I am a Christian the world will put you on blast. When you say I am Christ-like you put yourself on blast. Then you can say Watch Me. We must at all costs do the the right thing. People watch you so they can have something to talk about. It's not a problem for them to lie on you to shame you. Be careful of so-called friends. They are more dangerous than some enemies. We are representatives of Jesus Christ. We must put on the mind of Christ. The Word of God says, "Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus." Then we are encouraged not to be conformed to this world: but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. To be like Christ is our goal.

We are led by the Holy Spirit to become effective witnesses of the Gospel. Always be on your best behavior. When we fall and come short of what we say we are people will laugh. Don't be ashamed. Sometimes we cry because we have shameful monuments; don't give up. We have a cross to bear. The world is waiting for us to return to our sinful state. Bearing your cross is sometimes painful. Hold onto God's unchanging hand. We are followers of Christ and we won't go back. Christ encourages us to let go of this world. In the Bible St.Mark 8:36-38" For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?

Or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels." Your faith will help you to grow. Love Christ with all of your heart and soul.
