Cleaning up My Life

Starting over by turning a new leaf is not going to make a noticeable change. Getting rid of excess baggage is a step in the right direction. The hard part is the so-called friends. I have learned to discern genuine friendship. Discernment will help you exemplify the type of friend that you are to others. You cannot expect others to be good friends, and you are not. In friends, you have givers and takers. What are you? Giving is a part of the new life in Christ. Selfishness will hinder your spiritual growth. Growth comes out of genuine love. Fakers and slackers have their reward; it's not good. Repentance and
being born again are the keys to becoming a spiritual being. We cannot please God in the flesh. No flesh shall be justified in the sight of God. The blood of Christ cleanses us from all sin. At Calvary, atonement was made for the world. You must accept Christ into your life for cleansing. It is our free will to accept or reject salvation. The devil hates man because God has given all men free will to choose. To serve Him or seek out his own will. The devil's pride caused him to rebel against God. When we refuse to serve God, rebellion will be our downfall. The ultimatum is, "Make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt; for the tree is known by his fruit." Let's get the ultimatum clear. Make your life good, and your actions good, or make your life corrupt and your actions corrupt. Your life highlights your actions. People may doubt what you say, but they believe what you do.
