Think Before You Speak

Most people will go out of their way to tell you what they think and why you should listen to them. Your opinion is not always what it appears to be. What we see, hear, and feel motivates us to think a certain way. Most of our thoughts are self-centered and self-serving. Our choices can be INFLUENCED by the activity and the people in our lives. Social media can influence how we act and react to others. As we grow older, we should learn to think logically and practically. Then we can become more EFFICIENT and EFFECTIVE in what we do. If you speak before you think, you might say the wrong thing. What you think is for you, and what you think is a matter of opinion. Be careful with your opinion and advice, because advice not asked for is called meddling.
Let your mouth and heart speak the Word of God. We should pray to become witnesses by the power of the Holy Spirit. We must choose to tell the truth. People are hurting, and words matter. You can make a difference in someone's life. Kindness will go a long way.
