God instructed the sun to enter the east gate and exit the west gate. So is life; it's a sunrise and a sunset. Sin is the cause; Christ is the cure. Pride is the downfall of sin, and rebellion is the reward. Pleasing God will break the shackles that hold you. Freedom is not free. Salvation is free, but it is not cheap. Jesus Christ paid the sacrifice that pleased God for our sins.
You can not make a down payment, and there is no layaway. All sins are paid for in full by the atoning work of Christ at Calvary. Don't let your past hinder your future. Now that you are free, what are you going to do? The pleasure of sin is waiting on your return. The gutter and the graveyard do not discriminate. There is an open invitation with plenty of room. All tombs are not in the cemetery. Many things in life that bind us. Drug dependency, alcoholism, and toxic relationships are a few. Having a closed mind is a sad way to live. Open-minded is seeing two sides. Don't be blinded by foolishness.
The choice is yours. The abundant life in Christ is safe. Be led by the Holy Spirit; He will comfort you when tempted.
