Rescue Me! Lord, Save Me

Life is uncertain, and problems come in many forms. Dealing with them is sometimes difficult. We must be careful not to create more than we can handle. Making decisions without thinking leads to bad choices. Learn how to be a problem solver. Look within the problem and find the solution. Every time you have an opportunity to do wrong, you can choose to do right.

When you get in trouble, what will you do? We can learn a great lesson from Peter in the Bible. St. Mathetew 14:28-30. Peter walked on water, but fear and doubt were his problem. Peter trusted Jesus and went to Him, walking on water. When Peter saw the rage of the wind and sea, he began to sink. Peter prayed the shortest prayer in the Bible. Saying, "Lord, save me." When life's problems are more than you can overcome, have faith and call on Jesus. Don't let doubt and fear stop you from coming to Jesus. Without Jesus, you will sink into a world of sin. Active sin is one of the hardest problems to overcome. We must forsake the pleasure of sin and trust Christ the Lord. He is willing to save everyone who calls on him. Your prayer will be heard and answered. Call on the Lord.
