LEGALISM and GRACE

Legalism and Grace are contrary one to the another. They are like night and day, they both exist. Legalism is a religious system of strict moral law to gain God's acceptance through good works. Your good works will never please God and your good works will not save you. On the other hand Grace is the love and mercy (unmerited favor) of God; for all who believe in the saving power of Jesus Christ. If you want to be saved, you must be born again. Upon the profession of your faith, publicly be baptized in the name of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. After Christ had risen from the dead, He reproved His disciples of their unbelief and their hardness of heart. Because they believe not the report of those who had seen Him. In the bible (KJV), St. Mark 16:15-16, "And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." Please do not misunderstand this: you are not baptized to be saved, but you are baptized because you are saved. Baptism is an act of OBEDIENCE. It's not baptism that saves you; it's your faith in Christ. When you give your life to Christ, you are freed from the law. It is your choice to live under GRACE or live by the LAW. Living in sin is your proof that Christ is not active in your life. A daily prayer life will help you overcome your sin. The message of Jesus Christ will CHANGE your life. If you reject God's grace now, you will be judged by the law later. You will stand before Christ at the GREAT WHITE THRONE judgement and your sins will be exposed before God. Every man must give an account for all of his deeds both good and evil. No flesh shall be justified before God. But, the man that's under grace will stand before God JUSTIFIED in Christ, and his sins are covered by the blood of Christ. All men who have accepted Christ as Lord and Savior are safe from condemnation; which is the SECOND DEATH...
