Get the Job Done

Getting a job done is not always easy. We look for shortcuts or easy ways to do it. There are many ways to do a job, but to do the job right will take some planning and skill. Counting the COST and EFFECTIVENESS is where we start to have a problem. Doubt will DESTROY any man's DREAM! Focus on your ABILITIES and not your DISABILITIES! You can do whatever you set your mind to do. If you think about everything you can not do, you will not get anything done. It applies to our Christian WORK as well. We don't get much work done in the church when we look at what we can't do. Christ gives us POWER to overcome our FEARS. Once you start a job, never quit until it's done, be it GREAT or SMALL; do it well or not at all.

Our mission is to do the work of Christ. Jesus gave His disciples a commission to preach the Gospel. The commission is simple. We must be compassionate as we witness to people. They respond when they feel you are concerned. Making contact is the key to your successful work.

Being led by the Holy Spirit will help you be effective. Trust God! Don't let your work be in vain.
