FRIENDSHIP is HONESTY

True friends are hard to come by, frenemies are a dime a dozen.  Who needs them?  Real relationships are built on honesty and integrity.  In the bible (KJV), Proverbs 18:24, “A man that hath friends must show himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.”   Lying and betrayal has damage so many friendships.  If you are one of those who are suffering from a broken heart and betrayal, you must learn to FORGIVE and let it go.  WHY SHOULD I BE THE ONE TO FORGIVE?   If you want to start the healing process, you must take action for FREEDOM.  When you hold a grudge, it will consume you, hatred devours the hater.  Forgiveness is the key to the healing process.  You can look for results when you let go and let God.   When you are hurt you can count on God; God has some spiritual paramedics to come to your rescue.  They will lift your spirit, show you some love and encourage you.  When you suffer from a Judas’ kiss, it’s only natural to want to get revenge.   But, you don’t have to kill Judas, he will kill himself.  Be careful and not become a Judas.  Dishonesty is a seed of INIQUITY (known sin); it will fill your heart with blindness and greed.   When selfishness is the motive of a relationship, you will betray a friendship or you will be betrayed.  Dishonesty has no place in a relationship.  The greed of Judas caused him to deceive himself.  Choose your friends wisely!  In the bible (KJV), Matthew 26:48-50, “Now he that betrayed him gave them a sign, saying, Whosoever I shall kiss, that same is he: hold him fast. And forthwith he came to Jesus, and said, Hail, master; and kissed him. And Jesus said unto him, Friend, wherefore art thou come?  Then came they, and laid hands on Jesus, and took him away.”   Now let’s look at the fruit of sin, Judas wanted to use Jesus for his own political reasons. Judas had no interest in the spiritual work that Jesus was doing, he only was concerned about the money that they had.  When he found out that the Kingdom of God was not of the world, he sold out Jesus for thirty pieces of silver.  Not knowing the outcome of his actions, he had betrayed the Son of God.  Don’t let money and social position come between you and friendship.
