Ain't that Good News

Updated: Jan 12

"Gracious is the Lord, and righteous; yea, our God is merciful. "The psalmist is mindful of the goodness of God. All of the good things that God does for His children are according to His will. We should always be thankful for His tender mercy. Ain't that good news! God did not have to wake us up this morning, but He did. Justice said, "Cut them down, but Mercy said, "Give them another chance. Love and Mercy in action are God's grace. We have merited no favor with God. We are made righteous before God through faith in Jesus Christ.

The new birth gives us a new way of thinking, a new way of living. John 7:37-38 "In the last day, of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water." Be born again and receive the gift of salvation.

Our sins are paid in full by the sacrifice that Christ made at Calvary. Ain't that good news! We must believe by faith that His Death, Burial, and Resurrection are our hope. Hold on to the good news that Christ will return to take the church to God. Ain't that good news!
