Access Granted or Access Denied

The marriage of the King's son is a remarkable parable. The message is, will you receive your invitation? Mathew 22:1-14 explains how God invites everyone into the kingdom of heaven. God has prepared Salvation through Jesus Christ.

Jesus began to preach that the kingdom of heaven is at hand. He taught His disciples the importance of being a messenger. The message of love and mercy in action is grace.

We are saved not by works, but by grace through faith in Christ. We must become Christ-like and be effective in our work.

The King tells his servants to tell all who were on the list to come to the marriage supper. They would not come. The second time, He says all things are ready. But more things were more important. When the servants were beaten and mistreated, it made the King angry. After the destruction of the murderers and their city, he said that they were unworthy. Now go out into the highways and invite as many as you find. The good and the bad were seated. One man came in without a wedding garment. When the King saw the man not dressed in a wedding garment, he asked him why he was not wearing a wedding garment, and he was speechless. The King said to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be punishment. We must understand "For many are called, but few are chosen."

Access is granted into the kingdom to all the people who are covered by the blood of Jesus Christ. No salvation, access is denied.

It is odd and insane to think you can do the same thing and receive different results. People who don't like change are considered to be capricious. Being neutral and indecisive will get you nowhere.
