A Push or A Pull

Sometimes in your life, you don't know which way to go. Standing at the edge, you need to be pulled back instead of pushed off the cliff. Who can you trust in your time of need? Many of the people whom we thought we could count on are never around when we need them. In times of grief or sorrow, you can count on the Lord. The Holy Spirit will deliver from going off the edge in life. When temptation is greater than we can bear, God will give an exit.

Be aware of the snares of the devil. There are so many, we can't name them all. We must recognize danger and avoid the traps. One lie could cause your fall. Another trap could pull you into a domestic violence relationship. God give us discernment and a choice to do right or wrong. Warning signs are all around us. We should not drink and drive. Alcohol will push you off the edge and pull others as well.

We must pray and stay close to the Light of Christ. We can overcome when we stay focused. Following Christ is not easy. But it is joyful. Study the Word of God and pray daily. Be safe!
