Thunder the Baptist is the evangelism work of the Bright Light Ministries. Our Pastor Rev. Tommy Dyer is a committed follower, preacher, and teacher of Jesus Christ; with 44 years of experience. Our goal is to ignite a global grassroots MOVEMENT! By "putting the Lord's business in the street." We reached over 353,000 in our first three years and can no longer keep up with the count. Now we have 12 years. People all over the world have responded to this work. We encourage you to join us in spreading the Word of God. We are the Christ Crusaders motivated by the Great Commission and the Love of Christ. St Mark 16:15, "And he said unto them, go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature. He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned." The great commission is applied when we show
1. Compassion, Christ taught the disciples to love one another.
2. Concern, we must care for others and their well-being, by lifting them up in prayer.
3. Contact, reach out to those in need and make a difference in someone's life.
The Commission came after the Resurrection of Christ but their Mission started after the GIFT of the Holy Ghost. The disciples were weak and afraid. But after they received power from on high, they were bold and not afraid to die. They became bold WITNESSES of the DEATH, BURIAL, and RESURRECTION of Jesus Christ. Because they were Convicted, Their conviction caused them to Change. And Change will lead to Commitment! Their personal love for Christ was primary; Christ must become the CENTER of our lives.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, we are the LIGHT of the WORLD. We walk by FAITH and not by sight.

We can no longer keep up with the count of followers, the numbers are so high, we have lost count! We are reaching people with the Word of God. We thank God for the followers all over the world.
You can't beat the truth, make up your mind and be for real. You only deceive yourself when you cannot face the truth. It is the truth that makes us free. There are three lies that the devil wants you to believe.
1. He does not exist
2. You have plenty of time to seek Christ for Salvation
3. There is no hell.
When you recognize his work. You can expose him. Take a stand against SIN!
Help us lift up the Name of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the only way to get to God.
You are a Believer or an Unbeliever Make a choice today, Tomorrow
may be too late!

We are ready to start a movement like no other by the Power of the Holy Spirit. The time has come for Christian workers to get busy doing the work of the Gospel Ministry. We cannot afford to waste time; the world is suffering and Christ is the only hope for a dying world. You have the chance to do the work of an evangelist. I ask that you please don't let your work be done in vain. Get started today!
